These Terms govern your use of the TopHolders app and website (topholders.net, the “Service”), operated by HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service shows publicly available data about prediction markets (such as Polymarket), including prices, order books, and on-chain activity, and lets you follow public wallet addresses and receive alerts. It is provided for information purposes only.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Figures such as prices, slippage estimates, fees, and “effective cost” are informational calculations based on data we obtain, and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything before acting on it.
The Service does not place orders, route trades, or move money or assets, and never asks for your exchange credentials, wallet private keys, or payment card details. Where we link out to a platform, following that link and trading there is entirely your own action and subject to that platform’s terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Prediction markets and related activities are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service, and of any linked platform, is lawful where you are.
We make reasonable efforts to show accurate, timely data, and we mark data with its age or as “not ready” when we cannot verify it. But we do not warrant that any data, calculation, or alert is accurate, complete, current, or delivered on time. Markets move; data sources change and sometimes fail. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of truth.
Alerts (push, Telegram, email) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, duplicated, or not delivered. Do not rely on an alert to catch or avoid a time-sensitive event.
TopHolders is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other platform or exchange. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the data we display.
Some features require a paid subscription. We may offer a free trial period (for example, 3 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues as a recurring paid subscription (for example, US$9.90 per month) and your payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time in your app-store account, effective at the end of the current billing period.
All payments, the free trial, renewals, and refunds are processed and managed by the app store (Google Play or Apple) under its terms — not by us. Current pricing and trial length are shown in the app and on the store listing at the time of purchase, and may change; where required, we will give notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading, investment, or financial loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that means you accept the change.
We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or your access to it, at any time, for example to protect the Service or comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
