This Privacy Policy explains what information the TopHolders app and website (topholders.net, the “Service”) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”).
TopHolders is an information tool. It shows public data about prediction markets (such as Polymarket) and lets you follow public blockchain wallet addresses and receive alerts. We do not require you to create an account, and we never collect your real name, government ID, bank or card numbers, or trading credentials.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you subscribe to a paid tier, the payment is processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple), not by us. We receive only whether your device has an active entitlement. We do not receive or store your card number.
We share the minimum data needed for the features you use, with:

We also read public market and on-chain data from sources such as Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain. That is public information we fetch — we do not send your personal data to them.
We keep your follow list, settings, and device identifier for as long as your device uses the Service. If you delete the app and do not return, this data becomes inactive; you can also ask us to delete it (see §8). Server logs and telemetry are kept only as long as needed for reliability and security.
Access to your follow list is protected by a device token, so knowing a device ID alone is not enough to read or move your data. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), including access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contact us to exercise them.
The Service concerns prediction markets and is intended for adults only. It is not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We operate servers in Hong Kong. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
